Railair Sucks. This is old news, but I have not really posted it yet. Dates from my last visit to UK, where Railair (a private company that operates bus links between Airports and Train stations, since the UK has failed to actually integrate public transport). Sucks big time. They have a real customer service problem caused by low-quality poorly motivated staff who treat customers like idiots.
I'll write it up fully for a 'Railair Sucks' page soon, menwhile, heres a link to another story, to which I added my own.
