Consorship, but not in the ususal manner, this is self done by PBS (American Public Service Broadcasting) in an apparenty effort to prevent any critisism from the Pro-Israel elements in the US. You can read the original text here, not very provocative really, for instance it has no mention of Jewish Terrorism. Also an article about it here on The Register.
