Copyleft. Is the practice of putting a copyright notice on information that actually encourages others to take the information and modify and/or redistribute it, but without allowing them to exploit it.
Linux is the commonest example of something that is covered by a copyleft licence.
I want to use copyleft for this website too, so I've been researching how to do it.
The opencontent licence looks good, And the GNU (GNU's Not Unix;)Free Documentation License(sic) may also be worthwhile.
